Seaton Hall, home of the College of Architecture, Planning, and Design, underwent Phase 1 renovations to update life safety and ADA accessibility. Also included were complete renovations of the upper two floors of Seaton's East wing. Highlights of the project include:

- Technology Infrastructure
- New Environmental Systems
All Phase 1 renovations were complete within the framework of the
Master Plan and design to easily accommodate future phases.
