As part of a full service retirement community improvement, 30 total units are being added, five of which are two-bedroom patio duplex homes.  The duplexes are located to take advantage of beautiful surrounding countryside to enhance the feeling of a rural atmosphere.

Each home is completely wheelchair accessible including the shower with seat.  At 1,354 square feet with raised, lighted cove ceilings in the living room, dining and bathroom, each home was designed to feel spacious.  Walk-in closets and flexible wiring options add to the convenience and a porch with skylights is offered on both the front and back of each home.
