McCollum Street Townhouses are 9 two-story, two bedroom units that occupy a small site near the Kansas State University campus.  Each unit has its own individual street-facing entrance.  Off-street parking is provided to the rear of the facility.  Designed primarily to accommodate students, the units are each 1,000 square feet in area.  Each bedroom has its own vanity/lavatory and walk-in closet.  The first floor is the living-dining-kitchen area, and has a computer desk "niche".  All spaces are wired for phone, TV and internet connection.
