The original 1957 two-story apartment building consists of one- and two-bedroom single-story units, connected by a balcony/patio which runs the length of the building.  Renovated interiors will include one- and two-bedroom single-floor apartments, as well as two- or three-bedroom townhouses.

Each unit will have a private balcony or patio, washer/dryer and individual mechanical equipment.  All units will be acoustically separated for even more privacy.  A fire sprinkler is included for added safety/security.

Exterior renovations maintain a large portion of the existing brick.  They also include new doors, windows and the addition of wood siding.  The two- and three-story pitched roof includes gables which will give a visual images of a brownstone cityscape.
